Renting for University of Westminster: campus and area guide
Westminster’s Marylebone, Cavendish, Regent and Harrow campuses need different housing searches. Find your subject’s campus before choosing a neighbourhood.
Campus and area comparison
| Teaching location | Areas to compare | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Marylebone | Marylebone and nearby central areas | Use your specific teaching building for route comparisons. |
| Cavendish / Regent | Fitzrovia and central routes | Check the address; central campuses are not one entrance. |
| Harrow | Harrow and routes to that campus | Treat this separately from central London teaching sites. |
Choosing a home for your routine
Do not search around Westminster station simply because it matches the university name. For courses with practical work or equipment, ask about space, storage and permitted use. If your timetable spans campuses, compare all trips before paying more for one convenient location.
Rent and move-in costs
The homes on this site are whole-home private rentals, with bills excluded. Compare monthly rent, the tenancy deposit, utilities, broadband, travel and Council Tax where applicable. Any separately chosen guarantor service has its own fee. Chase Evans confirms current availability, costs and application requirements.

Ask for a useful shortlist
Send your actual teaching building, maximum monthly rent for the whole home, move-in date, bedrooms and number of occupants. Ask about a remote video viewing if you are overseas. Keep passports and bank documents out of the initial enquiry.
