Tell me about your referral
You can also leave your own details so I can contact you about the referral. Your friend must still name you at first contact.
The conditions, simply
- The friend must be a new enquiry and identify you at first contact.
- The tenancy must be agreed through Valerio, complete the pre-move process and proceed to key collection. An enquiry or viewing alone does not qualify.
- One £50 reward is payable per completed tenancy, not per occupant.
- Payment is subject to referral verification and any applicable employer or agency rules. Contact Valerio to confirm eligibility and payment arrangements.
- A referral does not guarantee property availability or acceptance of a tenancy application.
